I helped manage daily operations for a collaborative makerspace and co-working environment at the Lam Family College of Business. The space supported students exploring entrepreneurship, fabrication, and early-stage prototypes.
Teaching tools and troubleshooting under pressure
I taught students how to safely operate 3D printers, laser cutters, and embroidery machines while mentoring them through fabrication, prototyping, and project troubleshooting. For projects approaching demos or deadlines, I diagnosed issues on the spot and focused on teaching the reasoning behind a solution so students could use unfamiliar equipment with confidence.
